Teens Arrested on Theft, Shoplifting Charges
The following information was provided by the Amherst Police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
- On March 12, 2014 at 1437 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Joshua Howard Peterson, age 19, of 20 Old Mont Vernon Road, Amherst, NH on charges of Receiving Stolen Property and Interference w/Custody of Child. Peterson was held in lieu of $50,000 cash bail, with an arraignment date set for March 13, 2014 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
- On March 12, 2014 at 1515 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Summer Jade Jones, age 17, of 346 Old Ashby Road, Mason, NH on a charge of Willful Concealment. Jones was released on $400 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for March 20, 2014 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
- On March 12, 2014, the Amherst Police Department investigated a hit and run accident which occurred in the Walmart parking lot this same date on or about 2143 hours.
- On March 13, 2014 at 1011 hours, the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Boston Post Road @ Meadow Lane. No injuries were reported. DRIVER 1 – Shawna Sousa, age 43, of Amherst, NH.
- On March 13, 2014 at 1434 hours, the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Boston Post Road. No injuries were reported. DRIVER 1 – Craig Erickson, age 49, of Pelham, NH.
- On March 14, 2014 at 1342 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Stacey Erin Bourbeau, age 33, of 2 Rock Island Road, Nashua, NH on a charge of Theft. Bourbeau was released on $400 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for April 3, 2014 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
- On March 15, 2014 at 0128 hours, the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Mack Hill Road (car v. deer). No injuries were reported. DRIVER 1 – Derek Worden, age 27, of Bedford, NH.
- On March 15, 2014 at 1300 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Marumiyu Moriame, age 34, of 8 North End Road, Townsend, MA on a charge of Possession of a Controlled Drug. Moriame was released on $800 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for April 3, 2014 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
- On March 15, 2014 at 1710 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Angela Depauw, age 34, of 4 Happy Hollow Lane, Greenville, NH on a charge of Theft. Depauw was released on $5000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for April 3, 2014 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
- On March 16, 2014 at 2145 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Michael A. Papalia, age 21, of 79 Mallard Pt, Merrimack, NH on charges of Possession of a Controlled Drug and Transportation of a Controlled Drug. Papalia was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for April 3, 2014 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
- On March 16, 2014 at 2245 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Miguel Perez, age 33, of 12 Curtis Drive, Nashua, NH on a charge of License Prohibitions, as well as on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Nashua District Court. Perez was released on $500 PR bail on the Amherst charge, with a court date set for April 3, 2014 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford. He was held in lieu of $750 bail cash on the warrant, with a court date set for March 17, 2014 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
- On March 17, 2014 at 0115 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Constantina Kungulus, age 30, of 102 Main Street #4, Pepperell MA on a charge of Driving After Suspension. Kungulus was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for April 3, 2014 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
