POLICE LOG: Woman Crashes Car Twice

The following information was supplied by the Amherst Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

[Monday, June 25]

At 2:08 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Boston Post Road.  No injuries were reported. The driver was Lisa Censabella, 40, of Nashua.

At 9:25 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Ryan Laliberte, 33, of 56 Whitehall Rd #A, Hooksett on charges of driving After suspension and driving after suspension of registration of vehicle.  Laliberte was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for July 12, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

At 4:15 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Christopher Porter, 25, of 353 Mason Road, Milford on charges of transportation of a controlled drug and Possession of a Controlled Drug.  Porter was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for July 12, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

At 2:23 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident in the parking lot of J&J Party & Janitorial.  No injuries were reported. The driver was Mary Selver, 72, of Merrimack, who had hit a parked vehicle.

[Wednesday, June 27]

At 10:06 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident in the Colonial Park parking lot.  No injuries were reported. The driver was Yanzhi Chen, 34, of Nashua, who hit a parked cehicle

At 11:20 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Norman Lawrence Cole, 45, of 232 Varney Street, Manchester on charges of Transportation of a Controlled Drug and possession of a controlled drug.  Cole was released on $1,200 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for July 19, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

[Thursday, June 28]

At 3:06 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single car accident on Merrimack Road.  No injuries were reported. The driver was Ronald Branchi, 39, of Greenville.

At 4:11 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A.  Minor injuries were reported. The drivers were William Taylor, 58, of Hollis and Charles Tanner, 52, of Nashua.

At 10:12 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Ashley Davis, 21, of 33 Tote Drive #33, New Ipswich on a charge of Shoplifting.  Davis was released on $300 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for July 19, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

[Saturday, June 30]

At 2:50 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Christopher Kirby, 42, of 65 Harvard Street, Chelsea, MA on a charge of driving after suspension.  Kirby was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for July 12, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

At 11:30 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Gordon Starkweather, 64, of 10 Beasom Road, Lyndeborough on a charge of DWI.  Starkweather was released on $600 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for July 19, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

[Sunday, July 1]

At 1:50 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Christopher Mahoney, 26, of 240 Oak Hill Road, Northfield on a charge of driving after suspension of registration of vehicle.  Mahoney was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for July 19, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

At 4:25 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Israel Peter Sanchez, 22, of 102 Beechwood Street, Cohasset, MA on charges of transportation of a controlled drug and DWI.  Sanchez was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for July 19, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

At 1:13 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a 2 car accident on Route 101A.  No injuries were reported. The drivers were Scott Richardson, 47, of Hudson and Kristal Ouellette, 17, of Wilton.

At 11:15 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Devin G. Tully, 20, of 5 Temple Road, New Ipswich on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Milford District Court.  Tully was released on $859 cash bail, and no further action is anticipated by the Amherst Police Department.

At 11:32 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A.  No injuries were reported. The drivers were Melissa Leblanc, 31, of Milford and Ronald Renshaw, 34, of Temple. Ms. Leblanc was involved in a second accident on Route 101A at few minutes later, and was subsequently arrested for DWI.

[Monday, July 2]

At 12:10 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Melissa Jeanne Leblanc, 31, of 185 Stable Road, Milford on charges of aggravated DWI and transportation of a controlled drug.  Leblanc was released on $800 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for July 19, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

At 5:35 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A at Route 122. The drivers were Jason Leach, 43, of Milford and Kenneth Charest, 63, of Milford Mr. Leach was transported to a medical facility for treatment of injuries. 

At 12:07 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A at Craftsman Lane.  No injuries were reported. The drivers were Heidi Havron, 45, of Merrimack and Virginia Smith, 80, of Mont Vernon.

At 10:56 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident in the Dunkin Donuts parking lot.  No injuries were reported. The drivers were David Shoemake, 44, of Merrimack and Timothy George, 38, of Merrimack. Mr. Shoemake was later arrested at the scene for DWI.

[Tuesday, July 3]

At 11:25 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested David Paul Shoemake, 44, of 8 Thornton Road W #5, Merrimack on a charge of DWI.  Shoemake was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for July 19, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

[Wednesday, July 4]

At 12:10 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Nathaniel James Mitchell, 30, of 99 Boulder Drive, Milford on a charge of operating without a valid license.  Mitchell was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for July 19, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

At 11 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Bonnie Savage, 32, of 10A Todd Lane, Greenfield on a charge of driving after suspension.  Savage was released on $300 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for July 19, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

At 4:17 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Spring Road.  Minor injuries were reported. The driver was Mary Lawler, 64, of Milford. Ms. Lawler was later arrested at the scene for DWI.

At 4:55 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Mary Beth Lawler, 64, of 15 Amherst Street #4L, Milford on a charge of DWI. Lawler was released on $300 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for July 19, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

[Thursday, July 5]

At 12:27 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a 2 car accident on Route 122 at Merrimack Road. The drivers were Laurie Gotham, 51, of Nashua and Kevin Hinds, 26, of Nashua. Ms. Gotham was arrested at the scene for DWI, and then transported to a medical facility for treatment of minor injuries.

At 12:35 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Laurie Gotham, 51, of 19 Kelly Street, Nashua on a charge of DWI.  Gotham was released on a summons to appear at the Milford District Court on July 19, 2012. 

[Friday, July 6]

At 5:51 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Seaverns Bridge Road.  No injuries were reported. The driver was Matthew Mazgelis, 53, of Amherst. 

[Monday, July 9]

At 10:21 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A at Route 122.  No injuries were reported. The drivers were Sandy Webber, 48, of Peterborough and Michelle Pierce, 37, of Billerica, MA.

[Tuesday, July 10]

At 11:50 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Jesse D. Hough, 18, of 132 Common Lane, Prides Crossing, MA on charges of possession of a controlled drug, transportation of a controlled drug and unreasonable speed.  Hough was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for August 2, 2012 at the Milford District Court.
