Police Log: Milford Man Charged with Theft

[Tuesday, August 6]

At 9:12 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Route 101 (car v. deer). No injuries were reported. The driver was Karen Huestis, 35, of Oneonta, NY

At 12:44 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Boston Post Road at Stearns Road. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Tal Inbar, 22, of Waban, MA and Thomas Brooks, 35, of Greenfield.

On August 6, 2013 at 1430 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Claire Campbell, 26, of 83 Wheeler Road, Hollis on a charge of driving after suspension.  Campbell was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for September 12, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

[Wednesday, August 7]

At 2:10 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested David Chouinard, 51, of 36L Baboosic Lake Road, Amherst on an order of arrest for violation of a court order issued by the Manchester District Court. Chouinard was released on $1,000 cash bail, with a court date set for August 15, 2013 at the Manchester District Court.

[Thursday, August 8]

At 11:20 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested David Paul Theriault, 57, of 10 Aglipay Drive, Amherst on an order of arrest for violation of a court order issued by both the Milford District and Goffstown District Courts. Theriault was released on $1,163.40 cash bail, with court dates set for both the Milford District and Goffstown District Court.

At 12:22 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Nathan Joseph Curran, 26, of 90 Amherst Street #5, Milford on a charge of theft by deception. Curran was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for September 12, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

At 3:19 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested James Demers, 53, of 39 Embankment Road, Amherst on a charge of criminal mischief. Demers was released on $,000 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for September 12, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

At 6:20 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Taylor Whitmore, 19, of Nashua and Brittany Nix, 29, of Milford.
