Police Log: Man Charged with Theft, False I.D.

The following information was supplied by the Amherst Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

[Friday, August 9]

At 9:01 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A.  No injuries were reported. The drivers were  Gregory Caron, 24, of Hudson and John Delucia, 62, of Hancock.

At 10:42 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Broadway. No injuries were reported. The driver was Michaela Dangelo, 17, of Amherst, who hit a parked vehicle.

At 10:45 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Julia Livadas, 41, of 37 Hollis Street #F, Pepperell, MA on a charge of issuing bad checks. Livadas was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for September 12, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

At 12:15 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Samuel Wild, 20, of 2301 Vanderbuilt Place, Nashville TN on charges of theft and possession of a false ID. Wild was released on $800 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for September 12, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

At 1:28 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Kevin Auguste, 28, of 44 Pine Street, Sharon, MA on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Keene District Court. Auguste was released on $250 personal recognizance bail, with a court date set for August 15, 2013 at the Keene District Court.

At 2:57 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Route 101 (car v. deer). No injuries were reported. The driver was Valmore Pruneau, 68, of Boylston, MA

At 9:11 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Sylvio Poulin, 47, of 500 Route 13, Milford on charges of DWI and a yellow line violation. Poulin was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for August 21, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

[Monday, August 12]

At 4:59 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Boston Post Road at Stearns Road. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Thomas Lancaster, 47, of Amherst and Allison Lewis, 18, of Amherst.
