Police Log: July 9-19

The following information was supplied by the Amherst Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction. 

On July 9, 2011 at 0115 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Daniel Parr, age 44, of 107 Eastview Drive, Wilton, NH on a charge of Driving While Under the Influence of Drugs or Liquor. Parr was released on $600 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for July 28, 2011 in the Milford District Court.

On July 9, 2011 at 0920 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Mark Murray, age 48, of 256 Forest Park Road, Dracut, MA on a charge of Theft by Unauthorized Taking. Murray was released on $5000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for July 28, 2011 in the Milford District Court.

On July 9, 2011 at 0920 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Theodore Murray, age 47, of 152 Lowell Street, Dunstable, MA on a charge of Theft by Unauthorized Taking. Murray was released on $5000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for July 28, 2011 in the Milford District Court.

On July 10, 2011 at 1325 hours, the Amherst Police Department responded to a 2 car accident in the Walmart parking lot. No injuries were reported.

On July 11, 2011 at 0630 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Donna Wheeler, age 51, of 15 Chestnut Street, Milford, NH on a charge of Aggravated DWI. Wheeler was released on $600 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for July 28, 2011 in the Milford District Court.

On July 11, 2011 at 2305 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Albert Novak, age 42, of 11 Kimball Heights, Greenville, NH on a charge of Issuing Bad Checks. Novak was released on $5000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for July 28, 2011 in the Milford District Court.

On July 12, 2011 at 0611 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Jason Brian Marshall, age 30, of 9 Greta Avenue, Derry, NH on an arrest warrant issued by the Bedford Police Department. Marshall was released to the custody of Bedford PD.

On July 12, 2011 at 1750 hours, the Amherst Police Department responded to a 2 car accident on Route 101A. No injuries were reported.

DRIVER 1 – Christopher Parker, age 36, of Merrimack, NH

DRIVER 2 – Jason Hamlin, age 29, of Peterborough, NH

On July 13, 2011 at 1706 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Edward Clifton McIntyre, age 38, of 14 Merrimack Road #212, Milford, NH on charges of Simple Assault and Criminal Mischief. McIntyre was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for August 18, 2011 in the Milford District Court.

On July 14, 2011 at 1209 hours, the Amherst Police Department responded to a 2 car accident on Windsor Drive @ Seaverns Bridge Road. No injuries were reported.

DRIVER 1 – Hunter McMillen, age 16, of Amherst, NH

DRIVER 2 – Lynne Boudreau, age 42, of Amherst, NH

On July 15, 2011 at 0032 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Keith David Dwyer, age 26, of 510 Malden Street, Revere, MA on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Salem District Court. Dwyer was released to the custody of the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Department.

On July 15, 2011 at 1100 hours, the Amherst Police Department responded to a 2 car accident on Route 101. No injuries were reported.

DRIVER 1 – Cassy Dalwet, age 24, of Windham, NH

DRIVER 2 – Jeffery Mead, age 39, of Merrimack, NH

On July 15, 2011 at 1350 hours, the Amherst Police Department responded to a 2 car accident on Route 101A. No injuries were reported.

DRIVER 1 – Donna Quinn, age 62, of Temple, NH

DRIVER 2 – Deborah Humphrey, age 47, of Milford, NH

On July 16, 2011 at 0913 hours, the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Route 13. No injuries were reported.

DRIVER 1 – Jason Boucher, age 37, of Mont Vernon, NH

On July 17, 2011 at 0600 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Jennifer Fredieu, age 35, of 80 Pine Street #4, Peterborough, NH on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Milford District Court. Fredieu was released on $150 cash bail, and no further action is anticipated by the Amherst Police Department.

On July 18, 2001 at 0230 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Stephen E. Elliott, Jr., age 29, of 424 Gobel Street #2, Berlin, NH on charges of Criminal Trespass, Receiving Stolen Property and Forgery. Elliott was held in lieu of $1000 cash bail, and was arraigned in the Milford District Court that same day.

On July 18, 2011 at 1501 hours, the Amherst Police Department responded to a 2 car accident on Route 101A. No injuries were reported.

DRIVER 1 – Jessica Mooney, age 21, of Nashua, NH

DRIVER 2 – Brian Smith, age 54, of Milford, NH

On July 19, 2011 at 0224 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Christopher Charles Merrill, age 31, of 65 Alfred Street, Arundle, ME on charges of Fugitive from Justice, Resisting Arrest, and Pedestrian Soliciting a Ride. Merrill was arraigned in the Milford District Court that same day.

On July 19, 2011 at 1244 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Kailey Rowley, age 19, of 12 Cedar Lane, Merrimack, NH on a charge of Shoplifting. Rowley was released on a summons to appear in the Milford District Court on August 18, 2011.
