POLICE LOG: Amherst Man Charged With DWI

The following information was supplied by the Amherst Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

[Friday, May. 18]

At 9:52 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident in the Amherst Crossing parking lot. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Ronald Bouthillette, 61, of Milford and MatthewBradley, 40, of New Boston.

At 6:50 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Derek J. Chadwell, 27, of 46 Hanover St #2, Manchester on charges of driving after inspection and failure to obey inspection requirements. Chadwell was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for June 7, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

[Saturday, May. 19]

At 7:25 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident in the Walmart parking lot. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Andre Cloutier, 83, of Nashua and a parked vehicle.

[Sunday, May. 20]

At 1:45 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Deidre Cotter, 41, of 504 Nashua Street #921, Milford on a charge of driving after suspension. Cotter was released on $800 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for June 7, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

At 8 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A at Craftsman Lane. The drivers were Matthew Wells, 32, of Milford and Michael Guay, 55, of Lincoln. Guay was transported to a medical facility for treatment of injuries.

At 1:32 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a three-car accident on Route 101A. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Paul Livingston, 30, of Pepperell, MA, James Crocker, 42, of Milford and Donna Piper, 52, of Milford.

At 2:36 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident in the Meadow Brook Crossing parking lot. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Lisa Greenleaf, 48, of Merrimack and Robert Prest, 72, of Lyndeborough.

[Tuesday, May. 22]

At 3:12 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Nathan Joseph Curran, 25, of 90 Amherst Street #5, Milford on a charge of willful concealment. Curran was released on $800 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for June 7, 2012 at the Milford District Court.
