Nashua Man Charged with Theft

The following information was provided by the Amherst Police. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Amherst police said they arrested a Nashua man on March 25 and charged him with theft by deception.

Jason Robert Marrotte, 24, of 7 Mason St. #3 in Nashua, was released on $500 personal recognizance bail and he has an arraignment date set for May 1 at the 9th Circuit Court in Milford, police said.

The Amherst Police Department also responded to a single-vehicle accident March 26 in the vicinity of Courthouse Road and Amherst Street proceeded to charge the driver, Wesley Konopka, 25, of Amherst, with aggravated DWI and conduct after an accident. No injuries were reported. He has an arraignment date of April 10.
