COP LOG: Police Make Theft, DWI and Drug Arrests

The following information was provided by Amherst Police. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

October 11, 2013

  • 1 p.m.: Arrested Patti Ann Cox, age 53, of 54 Main St., No. 111, Greenville, on a charge of Theft. Cox was released on $500 personal recognizance bail. She was scheduled for arraignment in Milford district court on Nov. 7.

October 13, 2013

  • 5:58 a.m.: Arrested Rochelle Foglietta, 45, of 6B Colonial Drive, Raymond, on charges of driving after suspension and driving after suspension of registration of vehicle. Foglietta was released on $400 personal recognizance bail. She was scheduled for arraignment in Milford district court on Nov. 7.
  • 7:50 a.m.: the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Route 101 (car v. deer). No injuries were reported. Driver was Bruce Lavespere, 60, of Milford.
  • 11:51 a.m.: Responded to a two-car accident in the parking lot of Amherst Mobil. No injuries were reported. Driver was Olivia Joy Colby, 21, of Milford. The second car was a parked vehicle.
  • Noon: Arrested Thomas Edward Fallon, 45, of 39 Stearns Road, Amherst, on a charge of driving while under the influence of liquor. Fallon was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail. He was scheduled for arraignment in Milford district court on Nov. 7.

October 14, 2013

  • 11:40 a.m.: Arrested Joshua Michael Powell, 21, of 14 Oak St., No. 1, Derry, on charges of possession of a controlled drug and false report to law enforcement, as well as on a parole violation out of Rockingham County. Powell was released on $1,200 personal recognizance bail on the Amherst charges. He was scheduled for arraignment in Milford district court on Nov. 7.
  • 4:30 p.m.: Responded to a two-car accident in the parking lot of the Walmart Superstore. No injuries were reported. Drivers were Richard Rioux, 62, of Mont Vernon, and Wendy Martinez, 29, of Nashua.
