The Amherst Police Department reported the following arrests. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
- Tasha M. Vancelette, 40, of 17 Pierce St., Nashua, was charged March 28 with theft by unauthorized taking. She was released on $400 personal recognizance bail and has an arraignment date of May 8.
- Stephen Gorgoglione, 52, of 171 Russell Station Road, Francestown, was charged March 28 with driving while under the influence of drugs or liquor, speeding and failure to use required turn signals. He was released on $800 personal recognizance bail and has an arraignment date of April 20.
