Arrest Log: Theft, Driving Charges

The Amherst Police Department made the following arrests. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

  • July 9: police arrested Jesse Peloski, 28, of Newmarket, on a charge of driving after revocation. Peloski was released on $600 personal recognizance bail and has an arraignment date set for July 31 at the 9th Circuit Court, Milford.
  • July 12: police detained a juvenile on a charge of theft. Court action is anticipated.
  • July 13: police arrested Joseph A. Duval, 33, of Troy, on a charge of driving after suspension. Duval was released on $800 personal recognizance bail and has an arraignment date of July 31 at the 9th Circuit Court, Milford.
  • July 13: police arrested Stephanie Marie Mastenbrook, 28, of Manchester, on charges of driving after suspension, suspended registration, open container law and failure to obey inspection requirements. Mastenbrook was released on $600 personal recognizance bail and has an arraignment date set for July 31 at the 9th Circuit Court, Milford.
  • July 13: police arrested David Szelog, 46, of Concord, on an arrest warrant issued by the Milford Police Department. He was released to the custody of Milford Police.
  • July 14: police arrested Joshua Edward Garfinkle, 40, of Salisbury, on an arrest warrant issued by the Henniker Police Department. Garfinkle was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and has an arraignment date set for Sept. 5 at the 6th Circuit Court, Hillsborough.
  • July 14: police arrested Louisa Walker, 54, of Amherst, on charges of criminal trespass, theft and attempt to commit theft by deception. Walker was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for Aug. 21 at the 9th Circuit Court, Milford.
  • July 15: police arrested Jeffrey Todd Hall, 27, of Manchester, on a charge of theft. Hall was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for Aug. 21 at the 9th Circuit Court, Milford.
  • July 15: police arrested Nancy Earley, 43, of Amherst, on a charge of harassment. Earley was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and has an arraignment date set for Aug. 21 at the 9th Circuit Court, Milford.
