Police Arrests: Manchester Woman Accused of Vehicular Assault

The Amherst Police Department made the following arrests. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

  • Police on June 12 arrested Ashley Rae Porter, 28, of Manchester, on charges of driving after suspension, driving after suspension of registration of vehicle, and vehicular assault. Porter was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail and has an arraignment date set for July 10 at the 9th Circuit Court in Milford.
  • Police on June 14 arrested Jacob M. Arnold, 17, of Milford, on charges of receiving stolen property, criminal trespass and unlawful possession of alcohol. Arnold was released on $500 personal recognizance bail and has an arraignment date set for July 10 at the 9th Circuit Court in Milford.
  • Police on June 16 arrested Bryan Andrew McNeil, 48, of Amherst, on a charge of violation of a protective order. McNeil was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and has an arraignment date set for July 10 at the 9th Circuit Court in Milford.
  • Police on June 18 arrested Roberta Kay Klein, 69, of Peterborough, on a charge of theft. Klein was released on a summons to appear at the 9th Circuit Court in Milford on July 10.
  • Police on June 18 arrested Kira Lyn Theodore, 18, of Milford, on charges of driving after suspension and driving after suspension of registration of vehicle. Theodore was released on $500 personal recognizance bail and has an arraignment date set for July 10 at the 9th Circuit Court in Milford.
  • Police on June 18 arrested Thomas Pettiglio, 46, of Amherst, on a charge of driving after suspension. Pettiglio was released on $800 personal recognizance bail and has an arraignment date set for July 10 at the 9th Circuit Court in Milford.
