Amherst Police Arrests: Driving Charges

The Amherst Police Department made the following arrests. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

• Police on June 28 arrested Mark Jennings, 51, of Amherst, on charges of driving while intoxicated, driving after suspension, open container, unregistered vehicle and drivers' license prohibitions. He has an arraignment date set for July 10 at the 9th Circuit Court in Milford.
• Police on June 28 arrested Samantha Blondell, 18, of Amherst, on a charge of simple assault. Blondell was released on $800 personal recognizance bail and has an arraignment date set for July 24 at the 9th Circuit Court in Milford.
• Police on June 29 arrested Coin Chaput, 20, of Milford, on a charge of disobeying a police officer. Chaput was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and has an arraignment date set for July 24 at the 9th Circuit Court in Milford.
• Police on July 2 arrested Amanda Schwab, 18, of Milford, on a charge of driving after suspension. Schwab was released on $500 personal recognizance bail and has a court date set for July 24 at the 9th Circuit Court in Milford.
• Police on July 3 arrested Jacob Felton, 24, of Milford, on a charge of driving after suspension. Felton was released on a summons to appear at the 9th Circuit Court in Milford on July 24.
• Police on July 5 arrested Lisa Russell, 39, of Merrimack, on an electronic bench warrant by the 9th Circuit Court in Milford. Russell was released on $600 personal recognizance bail and has a court date set for July 9 at the circuit court.
• Police on July 6 arrested Tanya Marie Barry, 31 of Milford, on a charge of driving while intoxicated. Barry was released on $600 personal recognizance bail and has an arraignment date set for July 17 at the 9th Circuit Court in Milford.
• Police on July 6 arrested Monique Dejesus, 41, of Amherst, on a bench warrant issued by the 9th Circuit Court in Nashua. She was released on $800 personal recognizance bail and has July 9 court date.
• Police on July 6 arrested Ivanna Siller, 18, of Manchester, on charges of possession of a controlled drug and transportation of a controlled drug. Siller was released on $800 personal recognizance bail and has an arraignment date set for July 24 at the 9th Circuit Court in Milford.
• Police on July 7 arrested Bruce Howard Baker, 48, of New York, N.Y., on a charge of operating after suspension. Baker was released on $800 personal recognizance bail and has an arraignment date set for July 24 at the 9th Circuit Court in Milford.
• Police on July 7 arrested James Michael Rose, 20, of Amherst, on a charge of driving after suspension. Rose was released on $500 personal recognizance bail and has an arraignment date set for July 24 at the 9th Circuit Court in Milford.
