Arrest Log: Motorcyclist Charged After Crash

The Amherst Police Department's recent arrest log.

The Amherst Police Department made the following arrests. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

  • Police on June 19 arrested Lorena Swatzell-Stone, 23, of Peterborough, on charges of driving after suspension and driving after suspension of registration of vehicle. Swatzell-Stone was released on $500 personal recognizance bail and has an arraignment date of July 10 at the 9th Circuit Court in Milford.
  • Police on June 20 arrested Andrew Menard, 26, of Hooksett, on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. Menard was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail and has an arraignment date of July 10 at the 9th Circuit Court in Milford.
  • Police on June 20 investigated a motorcycle accident on Spring Road when Matthew Williams, 26, of New Boston, was transported to the hospital for treatment of injuries. Police said Williams was charged with reckless operation, traffic control devices, motorcycle license requirement, and disobeying an officer. He was given a July 17 court date to answer to the charges at the 9th Circuit Court in Milford.
  • Police on June 20 arrested Mackenna H. Walker, 18, of Amherst, on charges of theft from a building, fraudulent use of a credit card and attempt to commit credit card fraud. Walker was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail and has an arraignment date of July 24 at the 9th Circuit Court in Milford.
  • Police on June 21 arrested Tyler Letourneau, 22, of Merrimack, on a charge of possession of a controlled drug. He was released on $10,000 personal recognizance bail and has a July 24 date at the 9th Circuit Court in Milford on the charge.
  • Police on June 21 arrested Eric John Wedick, 28, of Amherst, on a charge of driving while intoxicated. Wedick was released on $500 personal recognizance bail and has an arraignment date of July 10 at the 9th Circuit Court in Milford.
  • Police on June 22 investigated a hit-and-run accident on Route 101A. No injuries were reported.
  • Police on June 23 arrested Michael J. Williams, 26, of Amherst, on charges of possession of a controlled drug and unlawful possession of prescription drugs. Williams was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail with an arraignment date set for July 24 at the 9th Circuit Court in Milford.
  • Police on June 25 arrested Carolyn Rose Mauriello, 26, of Nashua, on a charge of hindering apprehension. Mauriello was released on $800 personal recognizance bail and has an arraignment date set for July 24 at the 9th Circuit Court in Milford.
  • Police on June 26 arrested John Thomas Allemeier, 18, of Amherst, on a charge of transporting alcoholic beverages by a minor. Allemeier was released on $300 personal recognizance bail and has an arraignment set for July 17 at the 9th Circuit Court in Milford.
  • Police on June 26 arrested Ashley Salie, 28, of Revere, Mass., on a charge of possession of a controlled drug. Salie was released on a summons to appear in the 9th Circuit Court in Milford on July 17.
