Amherst Police Arrests: Criminal Trespass, Bad Checks

The following items are from the Amherst Police Department's arrest log from April 4 to April 7. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

  • Falysha Courcy, 26, of Nashua, charged April 4 with criminal trespass. Courcy was released on $400 personal recognizance bail and has an arraignment date of May 1.
  • John Hadley, 23, of Lawrence, Mass., charged with transportation of a controlled drug and possession of a controlled drug April 4. He was released on $800 personal recognizance bail and has a May 1 arraignment in 9th Circuit Court, Milford.
  • Joseph Desautels, 19, of Hudson, charged with fraudulent use of a credit card April 5. He was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail and has an arraignment date of May 15 at the 9th Circuit Court, Milford.
  • Annette Thomann, 33, of Moultonborough, charged April 5 with issuing bad checks. She was released on $500 personal recognizance bail and has an arraignment date of May 1 at the 9th Circuit Court, Milford.
  • Amherst police detained three juveniles April 5 on theft charges and police say court action is anticipated.
  • Gregory Daniel Hoyt, 24, of Sandown, charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated April 6. He was released on $800 personal recognizance bail and has an arraignment date of April 17 at the 9th Circuit Court, Milford.
  • Kenneth Thibeault, 59, of Brookline, was charged April 6 with driving while under the influence of liquor and open container violation. He was released on $500 personal recognizance bail and has an arraignment date of April 17 at the 9th Circuit Court, Milford.
