Patch Editor Tries To Shed Holiday Pounds

I spent some time with a local Body Back instructor to learn some new fitness routines.

The holidays are almost over, which means it is time to figure out how to dump all of that yuletide weight.

Those Christmas cookies have to go somewhere.

Local Body Back instructor Laura Kimball wanted to make sure it wasn't my thighs, so she showed me some workouts she does during her classes. Sweat (and tears) were shed as I struggled with these seemingly easy routines.
