Whole Foods Prepares to Open New Stores in NH

A "Local Suppliers' Summit" June 11 is for NH small businesses interested in getting their products on shelves at new stores in Nashua and Portsmouth.

Whole Foods Market is reaching out to potential New Hampshire suppliers, growers and producers who might be interested in selling their products in new Whole Foods stores to open in Nashua and Portsmouth.

A "Local Suppliers' Summit is scheduled for June 11 between 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. at the Bektash Shriners Center in Concord.

The first Whole Foods Market location in New Hampshire opens this summer in Nashua (225 Amherst St.).

The suppliers' summit is a chance for small businesses, farmers and others to meet the Whole Foods team and learn more about getting products stocked on their shelves.

There is space for 350 people at the summit, according to Whole Foods.
