We met Pat Rossier, an employee as DevTech Labs in Amherst, who was buying a stack of chances for her office lottery pool. She said that they were "buying the chance to dream."
Employees at NH Lottery locations across the area are busy dealing with the demand, with one employee at Mobil shaking his head at how "crazy" these people can be.
