The National Weather Service's "gusty wind advisory" remains in effect for NH until 4 p.m.
At the peak of the morning wind advisory, 4,719 PSNH customers in Nashua were left without power, of the 14,794 outages around the state. By noon, PSNH was reporting only 2,843 outages in Nashua.
Several traffic lights are major intersections were reported out as of 11 a.m., and Target was running on generator power, according to Merrimack Patch Facebook updates.

A wind advisory is issued when winds are forecast to be 31-39 mph or gusts up to 57 mph., strong enough to down small tree limbs and branches and possibly causing isolated power outages.
