Calling K-8 Teachers! Literacy Conference in Tyngsborough, Mass.

Join over 150 K-8 teachers, literacy coaches, and principals from across Massachusetts and New Hampshire for TLA's second-annual literacy conference "Common Sense about Common Core: Balanced Literacy and High Standards for All," to be held Saturday, May 4, from 9 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. at Tyngsborough Elementary School in Tyngsborough, Mass. Choose from 16 engaging, insight-packed workshops on balanced literacy topics including conferring, guided reading, text complexity and the Common Core, informational writing, supporting struggling readers, literacy across the content areas, using technology to create a love of reading, and more.
