POLICE LOG: Nashua Man Arrested For DWI

The following information was supplied by the Amherst Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

[Friday, Nov. 9]

At 4:32 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A.  No injuries were reported. The drivers were Richard Borrazas, 57, of Manchester and Katlyn Arruda, age 26, of Milford.

At 9:42 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident ton Route 101 (car v. deer).  No injuries were reported. The driver was Kathryn Zarozinski, 34, of Manchester.

At 10:25 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Jill Gagne, 34, of 18 White Oak Drive, Nashua on a charge of DWI. Gagne was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for November 29, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

[Saturday, Nov. 10]

At 10:40 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Richard Champagne, 70, of 26 Xenia Street, Nashua on a charge of conduct after an accident. Champagne was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for November 29, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

[Monday, Nov. 12]

At 10:27 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101 @ Route 101A.  No injuries were reported. The drivers were Naresa Budd, 21, of Lyndeborough and Wayne Mackay, 63, of Melrose, MA.

At 11:17 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Route 101 (car v. deer).  No injuries were reported. The driver was Edward Holt, 62, of Candia.
