POLICE LOG: Milford Woman Charged With Theft

The following information was supplied by the Amherst Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

[Monday, June 4]

At 9:31 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Old Milford Road.  No injuries were reported. The driver was Daryl Banner, 74, of Amherst.

At 5:40 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Jonathan Zakas, 28, of 62 Patten Road, Merrimack on a charge of driving after suspension.  Zakas was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for June 14, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

At 11:55 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Daniel Depauw, 37, of 4 Happy Hollow Lane, Greenville on a charge of driving after suspension.  Depauw was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for June 28, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

At 2:44 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Ponemah Road at Route 101.  No injuries were reported. The drivers were Thomas Cuddy, 27, of Amherst and Christopher Puccio, 38, of Bradford, VT.

[Wednesday, June 6]

At 11:01 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A. No injuries were reported. The drivers were David Skidmore, 72, of Lyndeborough and Rino Pelletier, age 44, of Manchester.

[Thursday, June 7]

At 8:13 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Shannon Chiasson, 21, of 22 Ponemah Hill Road #19, Milford on a charge of theft by deception.  Chiasson was released on $300 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for June 28, 2012 at the Milford District Court.
