Update: Due to scheduling difficulties, Newt Gingrich's daughters will be unable to attend their scheduled event tomorrow morning at Joey's Diner.

The Souhegan Valley Republican Women have decided to postpone their first meeting for 2012 until next Friday, Jan. 13th starting at 9:30 a.m. at Joey's.

It is time for the ladies to step in.

Newt Gingrich's daughters, Kathy Gingrich Lubbers and Jackie Gingrich Cushman, will be having coffee with the Souhegan Valley Republican Women on Friday, Jan. 6, from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Joey's Diner in Amherst.

Participants can order breakfast and/or coffee for a suggested donation of $10.

Gingrich is surely looking for some momentum after a poor showing in the Iowa Caucuses last night. 

Mitt Romney's sons have paid a visit to New Hampshire recently, where one made a joke about Obama that he probably wishes he kept in his head.

Jon Huntsman's daughters have also been hitting the pavement in New Hampshire for some time to drum up support for their father.
